PRIVACY NOTICE

Clear handling of business information.

Effective 19 July 2026 · Pilot version

This notice explains the current Office Assistant AI pilot. It should receive formal legal review before broad commercial release.

Information we process

We process account information, company details, uploaded business documents, extracted fields, verification activity, support requests and technical information required to operate the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, store and process authorized documents, generate workspace records and financial summaries, improve extraction through controlled review, prevent duplicate uploads, maintain activity history and provide support.

Documents and AI processing

Files uploaded inside an approved workspace are processed to extract business information. Unverified records remain provisional. Public website visitors cannot upload documents through the marketing page.

Access and retention

Workspace access is limited to approved accounts and authorized platform administrators. Records remain available while the pilot workspace is active unless an authorized user deletes them or requests an export or account closure.

Your choices

Authorized users may review, correct, export or delete workspace records using available controls. Contact support@vectar.tech for privacy, access or deletion requests.

Service providers

The pilot uses managed hosting, database and storage services, AI processing providers and transactional email infrastructure necessary to deliver the service. We do not claim compliance certifications that have not been independently verified.
