Office Assistant AI is currently supported through a controlled pilot process. Send the workspace name, affected document and a short description of what happened. Do not send confidential document files by ordinary email unless requested through a secure support process.

Before contacting support
- Refresh the workspace and confirm the document status.
- Record the exact error message and affected filename.
- Do not re-upload the same document repeatedly; duplicate protection may block it.
- Keep the original document until verification is complete.
Current product boundaries
Official dashboard KPIs use verified records. Profit remains estimated until inventory and COGS are connected. Office Assistant AI does not replace an accountant, tax adviser or statutory accounting system.
