These interim terms govern controlled pilot access to Office Assistant AI. They are not a substitute for a final commercial agreement and should receive formal legal review before public sale.

Pilot service

Office Assistant AI organizes documents and provides operational and financial summaries from workspace records. Features, availability and limits may change during testing.

Account approval

Registration does not guarantee immediate access. Vectar may review and approve company workspaces before activation.

Verification responsibility

AI extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must review important records before verification. Financial outputs are management aids, not audited accounts, tax filings or professional accounting advice.

Financial limitations

Profit is estimated from available verified records and may exclude inventory, COGS, depreciation, banking activity or adjustments not entered in the workspace. Receivables and payables do not represent bank cash.

Acceptable use

Users must upload only information they are authorized to process, protect account credentials and avoid unlawful, harmful or deceptive use.

Availability and loss

The pilot is provided for evaluation. Users should retain independent copies of essential accounting and legal records. Report issues to support@vectar.tech.
